高校扩招以来，大学生就业难成为全民关注的热点问题。其中，职业院校因为毕业生人数众多，就业矛盾尤为突出。本研究尝试从社会、用人单位、高校、家庭以及个人五个方面出发，综合探讨职业院校就业困难的原因，以期能够更好地解决就业矛盾。
高校擴招以來，大學生就業難成為全民關註的熱點問題。其中，職業院校因為畢業生人數衆多，就業矛盾尤為突齣。本研究嘗試從社會、用人單位、高校、傢庭以及箇人五箇方麵齣髮，綜閤探討職業院校就業睏難的原因，以期能夠更好地解決就業矛盾。
고교확초이래，대학생취업난성위전민관주적열점문제。기중，직업원교인위필업생인수음다，취업모순우위돌출。본연구상시종사회、용인단위、고교、가정이급개인오개방면출발，종합탐토직업원교취업곤난적원인，이기능구경호지해결취업모순。
With the colleges expanding enrollment,employment of university students has become a hot issue. Employment contradiction on vocational colleges which have a large number of graduates is particularly prominent. This study attempts to comprehensively explore the reasons of the employment difficulty from five aspects: the community,employers,universities,families and individuals in order to solve the problem.
