目的：对照比较奥氮平与利培酮对精神分裂症抑郁症状的疗效。方法：66例精神分裂症伴抑郁症状的患者随机分为奥氮平组和利培酮组，各33例，均治疗8周，分别于治疗前和治疗后2、4、6、8周以阳性与阴性症状量表( PANSS)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表( HAMD)评定临床疗效；以治疗中出现的症状量表( TESS)评定不良反应，并体格检查及实验室检查，记录不良事件的发生。结果：治疗后两组患者PANSS和HAMD评分均显著下降，奥氮平组优于利培酮组，两组发生不良反应率无显著差异。结论：奥氮平治疗精神分裂症抑郁症状疗效优于利培酮疗效。
목적：대조비교오담평여리배동대정신분렬증억욱증상적료효。방법：66례정신분렬증반억욱증상적환자수궤분위오담평조화리배동조，각33례，균치료8주，분별우치료전화치료후2、4、6、8주이양성여음성증상량표( PANSS)급한밀이돈억욱량표( HAMD)평정림상료효；이치료중출현적증상량표( TESS)평정불량반응，병체격검사급실험실검사，기록불량사건적발생。결과：치료후량조환자PANSS화HAMD평분균현저하강，오담평조우우리배동조，량조발생불량반응솔무현저차이。결론：오담평치료정신분렬증억욱증상료효우우리배동료효。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of Olanzapine and Risperidone in treatment of depressive symptom of schizo-phrenia. Methods:66 patients with schizophrenia accompanied with depressive symptoms were randomly assigned into two groups with 33 cases in each group. One group was treated with Olanzapine and the other group was treated with Risperidone for 8weeks. Efficacy and side effects were assessed using positive and negative syndrome scale ( PANSS) , Hamilton depression scale ( HAMD) and treat-ment emergent symptom scale (TESS) before and 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after the treatment. At the same time, the physical and labora-tory examination were performed and the adverse events were recorded. Results:The two groups showed significant decreases in PAN-SS and HAMD scores after the treatment. But Olanzapine was better than Risperidone in the treatment of depression. There were no significant differences in side effects between the two groups. Conclusions:Olanzapine is more effective than risperidone in the treat-ment of the depressive symptom of schizophrenia.
