目的：观察开喉剑喷雾剂在声带息肉术后的临床疗效。方法：将90例声带息肉患者，均采用支撑喉镜下手术切除，术后随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例。对照组术后单纯静滴抗生素及口服强的松片，治疗组使用开喉剑喷雾剂治疗，对比两组患者有效率、炎性反应缓解时间及平均住院时间。结果：两组患者手术顺利，均无严重并发症发生，两组患者治疗有效率、炎症反应缓解时间及住院时间比较，治疗组较对照组有明显优势，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：支撑喉镜下手术切除术后联合开喉剑喷雾剂在治疗声带息肉方面有显著的疗效，值得在临床工作中作为常规治疗方式应用。
목적：관찰개후검분무제재성대식육술후적림상료효。방법：장90례성대식육환자，균채용지탱후경하수술절제，술후수궤분위치료조45례화대조조45례。대조조술후단순정적항생소급구복강적송편，치료조사용개후검분무제치료，대비량조환자유효솔、염성반응완해시간급평균주원시간。결과：량조환자수술순리，균무엄중병발증발생，량조환자치료유효솔、염증반응완해시간급주원시간비교，치료조교대조조유명현우세，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：지탱후경하수술절제술후연합개후검분무제재치료성대식육방면유현저적료효，치득재림상공작중작위상규치료방식응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the Kaihoujian Aerosol.Method:90 vocal polyps patients were selected,they all took laryngeal surgery with laryngoscope,post-operation,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and the treatment group was treated with Kaihoujian Aerosol,the control group was treated with antibiotics static drops and prednisone tablets,the effective rate,the relief time of inflammatory reaction and the average time of hospitalization in two groups were compared.Result:The operation of the two groups were successful,and there were no serious complication in both groups.There were statistically significant differences in the effective rate,the relief time of inflammatory reaction and the average time of hospitalization of patients between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group had obvious advantages compared with the control group.Conclusion:After laryngeal surgery with laryngoscope,the Kaihoujian Aerosol has remarkable curative effect in treatment of vocal cord polyp,worth as a regular treatment application in the clinical work.
