目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对瘢痕妊娠的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析2013年1-12月笔者所在医院住院证实的62例CSP患者病例资料。结果：所有患者于子宫下段剖宫产切口均可见妊娠囊或包块，彩色多普勒显示，瘢痕处均见血流灌注。根据图像特征可大致分为孕囊型46例；混合包块型16例。彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率为93.5%(58/62)。结论：彩色多普勒超声对CSP早期诊断具有重要的价值，有助于CSP的早期发现及治疗方案的选择以及对病程疗效的监测。
목적：탐토채색다보륵초성대반흔임신적진단개치。방법：회고성분석2013년1-12월필자소재의원주원증실적62례CSP환자병례자료。결과：소유환자우자궁하단부궁산절구균가견임신낭혹포괴，채색다보륵현시，반흔처균견혈류관주。근거도상특정가대치분위잉낭형46례；혼합포괴형16례。채색다보륵초성진단부합솔위93.5%(58/62)。결론：채색다보륵초성대CSP조기진단구유중요적개치，유조우CSP적조기발현급치료방안적선택이급대병정료효적감측。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for scar pregnancy.Method:The clinical data of 62 CSP patients in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 was analysed retrospectively.Result:All patients in the lower uterine segment cesarean section were visible gestational sac or mass,color Doppler shows scar were seen perfusion.According to the image characteristics it was broadly divided into two types,gestational sac type for 46 cases;hybrid mass type for 16 cases.Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis rate was 93.5%(58/62).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has important value for the early diagnosis of CSP;it will help early detection CSP and selection treatment,and monitoring of the course of efficacy.
