农业融资难的问题制约了农业现代化发展。农业价值链融资作为一种新的融资模式，能够降低融资的交易费用。该文从交易费用的3个维度对农业价值链融资进行分析，理论上得出发展农业价值链融资的可行性，并在其实际应用中提出政策建议。

Agricultural financing problems have constrained the development of modern agriculture. As a new financing model,agricultural value chain financing reduces transaction costs of financing. In this paper, agricultural value chain financing were analyzed from three dimensions of transaction costs,theoretically de?rived feasibility of agricultural value chains financing,and recommend policies in practical application.
