鸟氨酸脱羧酶(Ornithine decarboxylase,ODC)是调控细胞内多胺生物合成的限速酶,参与胚胎发育、细胞周期、细胞增殖分化等重要的生理过程,同时也是肿瘤细胞的快速增殖所必须,是目前研究较多的抗肿瘤治疗的潜在分子靶点之一。本文简要综述ODC与女性常见恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展。

Ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) is the first rate-limiting enzyme in regulating intracellular poly-amine biosynthesis and is involved in many important physiological functions including embryonic development, cell cycle, cell proliferation and differentiation. In the same time, ODC is also needed by tumor cells for their rapid prolif-eration. Currently, it has been regarded as a potential molecular target for anti-tumor therapy. This article briefly re-views the research progress in the relationship between ODC and several common female malignant tumors.
