目的:使用Meta分析探讨CT对肾囊性病变的诊断价值。方法以“CT、cystic、renal mass、囊性肾癌、肾囊性病变”等为关键词,检索Cochrane图书馆、OVID、PubMed、Embase、中国知网、万方数据服务平台数据库中的文献资料。使用循证医学方法,对纳入的文献数据进行异质性检验,计算汇总灵敏度和特异度,建立受检者工作特征曲线(SROC),通过曲线下面积评估CT诊断肾囊性肿块的价值,并采用QUADAS标准进行文献质量评价。结果经检索总共纳入4篇文献,其中1篇为中文,3篇为英文。按照随机效应模型汇总,其汇总灵敏度和特异度分别为85%、66%,SROC曲线下面积为0.8344。结论 CT对肾囊性病变具有较好的诊断和临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Computed Tomography in the study of cystic renal masses by meta-analysis. Methods CT, contrast-enhanced CT, cystic renal masses were selected as the keywords. A collection in the Cochrane library, PubMed, Embase, CNKI and the WANFANG DATA was performed to search the original data. The weighted sensitivity and specificity were calculated, as well as the summary receiver operating char-acteristic (SROC) curve. Further estimate of the diagnostic value of Computed Tomography in the research of cystic renal masses was performed by calculating the area under the curve. The quality of evidence in researches was as-sessed by the standard of QUADAS. Results A total of 4 literatures were adopted for meta-analysis, including one Chinese papers and three English articles. According to the random effects model, the weighted sensitivity and speci-ficity were 85%and 66%, respectively, and the area under the curve was 0.8344. Conclusion Computed Tomogra-phy technology has a good diagnostic and clinical value in the research of cystic renal masses.
