当今时代是科技飞速发展的时代,企业若想在这一时代背景中求得更大发展,就必须重点关注产业技术人员创造力的提升,因为产业技术人员直接参与一线工作,其创造力水平直接影响了企业的科技创新水平。影响产业技术人员创造力因素主要有组织、团队和家庭等。为此,应从加强组织引导力度、提升团队培养能力和提高家庭保障程度三方面入手,采取有针对性的对策,以进一步提升产业技术人员的创造力。
噹今時代是科技飛速髮展的時代,企業若想在這一時代揹景中求得更大髮展,就必鬚重點關註產業技術人員創造力的提升,因為產業技術人員直接參與一線工作,其創造力水平直接影響瞭企業的科技創新水平。影響產業技術人員創造力因素主要有組織、糰隊和傢庭等。為此,應從加彊組織引導力度、提升糰隊培養能力和提高傢庭保障程度三方麵入手,採取有針對性的對策,以進一步提升產業技術人員的創造力。

Today is the age of the rapid development of science and technology, enterprises who want to develop in a faster pace must focus on the creativity of industrial technicians, which because the industrial technicians directly involved in the work, and their creativity level directly affects the level of enterprises' scientific and technological innovation. There are three kinds of influencing factors affecting industrial technicians' creativity, including the organizations, groups and families. So, we should start with strengthen the organization guide intensity, promote the team cultivation capability and enhance family guarantee degree, adopt specific countermeasures to increase industrial technician's creativity.
