目的：探讨针对性护理在老年危重患者无肝素连续性肾脏替代治疗中的应用效果。方法就本院收治的26例患者进行的128次无肝素连续性肾脏替代治疗的护理经验和结果进行总结分析。将患者分为研究组、对照组，各13例。对照组给予基础护理，研究组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理，比较两组的并发症发生率。结果研究组的并发症(漏血、体液失衡、大出血)发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理是无肝素连续性肾脏替代治疗有效、安全进行的保证。

목적：탐토침대성호리재노년위중환자무간소련속성신장체대치료중적응용효과。방법취본원수치적26례환자진행적128차무간소련속성신장체대치료적호리경험화결과진행총결분석。장환자분위연구조、대조조，각13례。대조조급여기출호리，연구조재대조조기출상급여침대성호리，비교량조적병발증발생솔。결과연구조적병발증(루혈、체액실형、대출혈)발생솔균현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론침대성호리시무간소련속성신장체대치료유효、안전진행적보증。
Objective To discuss the application effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of without heparin continu-ous renal replacement for elderly critically ill patients. Methods The nursing experience and results of the treatment of without heparin continuous renal replacement of 128 times in 26 patients treated in our hospital were summarized and analyzed.The patients were divided into the study group (n=13) and the control group (n=13),the control group was giv-en the basic nursing,the study group was given the targeted nursing on the basis of the basic nursing.The incidence rate of complication in the two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of complication (draining blood,humoral imbalance,massive hemorrhage) in the study was obviously lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The targeted nursing is the guarantee of the treatment of without heparin continuous renal replacement carried out ef-fectively and safely.
