目的：探讨优质护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选择在本院治疗的维持性血液透析患者102例作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各51例。对照组进行透析常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予优质护理，观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的健康指数、情感指数、心理指数评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)；观察组的动静脉内瘘并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于维持性血液透析患者中能够减少动静脉内瘘并发症的发生，改善患者的负性心理，提高其生存质量，值得临床大力推广应用。
목적：탐토우질호리재유지성혈액투석환자중적응용효과。방법선택재본원치료적유지성혈액투석환자102례작위연구대상，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각51례。대조조진행투석상규호리，관찰조재상규호리기출상급여우질호리，관찰량조적호리효과。결과관찰조호리후적SAS、SDS평분균저우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조적건강지수、정감지수、심리지수평분균고우대조조(P<0.01)；관찰조적동정맥내루병발증발생솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론우질호리응용우유지성혈액투석환자중능구감소동정맥내루병발증적발생，개선환자적부성심리，제고기생존질량，치득림상대력추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing patients with maintenance hemodial-ysis. Methods 102 patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into the observation group (n=51) and control group (n=51). The control group was giv-en the routine nursing of dialysis,while the observation group was given the high quality nursing on the basis of the routine nursing.The nursing effect in the two groups was observed. Results SAS,SDS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The score of health index,emotion index and psychology index in the ob-servation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence rate of arteriovenous internal fistula complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing applied in patients with maintenance hemodialysis can reduce the occurrence of arteriovenous internal fistula complication,improve the negative psychology and enhance the quality of life.It is worthy of vigorous promotion and ap-plication.
