目的：探讨血液灌流治疗口服有机磷中毒患者的临床效果。方法选取2004年12月~2012年12月于本院进行急诊抢救的有机磷口服中毒患者60例，根据患者的抢救方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规治疗，观察组于常规治疗基础上采取血液灌流治疗，比较分析两组的抢救效果。结果观察组神志稳定时间短于对照组，阿托品药物使用量少于对照组，疾病治愈率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上采取血液灌流治疗口服有机磷中毒能降低并发症发生率，缩短神志稳定时间，减少阿托品药物剂量，提高临床疗效。
목적：탐토혈액관류치료구복유궤린중독환자적림상효과。방법선취2004년12월~2012년12월우본원진행급진창구적유궤린구복중독환자60례，근거환자적창구방식분위대조조화관찰조。대조조채취상규치료，관찰조우상규치료기출상채취혈액관류치료，비교분석량조적창구효과。결과관찰조신지은정시간단우대조조，아탁품약물사용량소우대조조，질병치유솔고우대조조，병발증발생솔저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론상규치료기출상채취혈액관류치료구복유궤린중독능강저병발증발생솔，축단신지은정시간，감소아탁품약물제량，제고림상료효。
Objective To probe into the clinical effect of blood perfusion in the treatment of organophosphorus poison-ing patients with oral administration. Methods 60 patients with orally organophosphorus poisoning from December 2004 to December 2012 admitted to our hospital for emergency treatment were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different methods on rescue.In the control group,regular treatment was provided for pa-tients with orally organophosphorus poisoning,while in the observation group,on the basis of regular treatment,blood perfusion was added.The rescue effect was compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results Time of mind stability in observation group was shorter than that in control group,dosage of atropine in observation group was less than that in control group,clinical cure rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,incidence rate of complication in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Blood perfu-sion on the basis of regular treatment applied in organophosphorus poisoning patient with oral administration can re-duce the incidence rate of complication,shorten the recovery time of mind stability,decrease the dosage of atropine,and improve clinical effect.
