目的:分析研究微波加干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。方法将83例尖锐湿疣患者分为两组,对照组(n=38)单独采用微波加热治疗,观察组(n=45)采用微波加干扰素联合治疗,连续用药治疗6周,停药后对患者进行为期3个月随访观察,统计复发情况,待出现疣体后,进行二次微波治疗,观察二次治疗后复发情况。结果观察组首次及二次治疗后疾病复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗尖锐湿疣时,采用微波联合干扰素治疗,效果显著,可有效减少疾病复发,用药方便高效,值得推广应用。

목적:분석연구미파가간우소연합치료첨예습우적효과。방법장83례첨예습우환자분위량조,대조조(n=38)단독채용미파가열치료,관찰조(n=45)채용미파가간우소연합치료,련속용약치료6주,정약후대환자진행위기3개월수방관찰,통계복발정황,대출현우체후,진행이차미파치료,관찰이차치료후복발정황。결과관찰조수차급이차치료후질병복발솔균저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조적불량반응발생솔비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론림상치료첨예습우시,채용미파연합간우소치료,효과현저,가유효감소질병복발,용약방편고효,치득추엄응용。
Objective To analyze and study the effect of microwave combined with interferon in the treatment of condyloma acuminata. Methods 83 patients with condyloma acuminata were divided into two groups,microwave heating was used in control group (n=38),while microwave combined with interferon were applied in observation group (n=45). Both groups were provided with therapy for 6 consecutive weeks.After that,3-month follow-up visits were carried on participants.The conditions of recurrence were calculated and second-time microwave therapy was continued after ap-pearance of wart body.The recurrence of second treatment was observed. Results The recurrence rate after first and sec-ond treatment in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical differences(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference on incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of condyloma acuminata in clinic,combination of microwave and interferon can obtain a remarkable effect and greatly reduce the recurrence.It is convenient and efficient in medication,and is worthy of expansion and application.
