目的:研究小鼠最大灌胃量及其对小鼠心电图和心肌组织的影响。方法采用不同体重的小鼠灌胃后测定胃最大容量;以PEG6000制备不同黏度的溶液,以不同灌胃量灌胃后,记录小鼠心电图T波变化,制备小鼠心肌组织病理切片,光镜观察。结果在一定的体重范围内,小鼠体重与其灌胃量间存在一定的线性关系。与空白组比较,20 g/100 ml和40 g/100 ml两种黏度的PEG6000灌胃后小鼠心电图T波变化没有统计学意义(P>0.05),小鼠心肌组织切片未见异常。结论可按线性关系推算小鼠的最大灌胃量;以最大灌胃量灌胃,在一定黏度范围内,小鼠的心电图及心肌组织未受影响。

Objective To study the maximum tolerant dosage of mice by gastric perfusion and examine the influence of the electrocardiogram and myocardial tissue. Methods The maximum capacity was determined by using different body weight of mice after gastric perfusion.PEG6000 solution with different viscosity was prepared,and the T wave changes in ECG were recorded after administrating various dosages by gastric perfusion.The pathological sections of myocardial tissue was prepared and observed by using light and electron microscopy. Results In a certain weight range,linear rela-tionship exists between the weight of mice and the gastric volume.Compared with the blank group,T wave changes of ECG in mice after gastric perfusion with 20 g/ml and 40 g/ml PEG6000 solutions had no statistical difference (P>0.05), and myocardial tissue sections in mice showed no abnormalities. Conclusion Maximum intragastric volume of mice can be calculated according to the linear relationship;It has no effect of ECG and myocardial tissue with the greatest amount of intragastic gavage in a certain solution viscosity range.
