目的：探讨血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及超敏CRP检测在妊娠期糖尿病病情进展评价中的应用价值。方法选取2012年1月~2013年1月本院就诊的101例孕妇作为研究对象，将50例确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者作为妊娠期糖尿病组，将51例正常妊娠患者作为健康妊娠组。比较两组的血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及超敏CRP水平。结果妊娠期糖尿病组的同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及超敏CRP水平显著高于健康妊娠组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及超敏CRP与血糖成正相关。结论同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及超敏CRP为妊娠期糖尿病的重要指标，可有效评价妊娠期糖尿病的病情进展。
목적：탐토혈청동형반광안산、광억소C급초민CRP검측재임신기당뇨병병정진전평개중적응용개치。방법선취2012년1월~2013년1월본원취진적101례잉부작위연구대상，장50례학진위임신기당뇨병적환자작위임신기당뇨병조，장51례정상임신환자작위건강임신조。비교량조적혈청동형반광안산、광억소C급초민CRP수평。결과임신기당뇨병조적동형반광안산、광억소C급초민CRP수평현저고우건강임신조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。동형반광안산、광억소C급초민CRP여혈당성정상관。결론동형반광안산、광억소C급초민CRP위임신기당뇨병적중요지표，가유효평개임신기당뇨병적병정진전。
Objective To explore the application value of serum homocysteine,cystatin C and high sensitive CRP detec-tion in the evaluation of diabetes progress in pregnancy. Methods 101 pregnant women from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected.50 cases diagnosed with diabetes mellitus patients was selected as the group of ges-tational diabetes mellitus,51 cases of normal pregnancy were selected as the healthy pregnancy group.The level of serum homocysteine,cystatin C and high sensitivity CRP was compared respectively. Results The level of homocysteine, cystatin C and high sensitivity CRP in the group of gestational diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that in the group of the healthy pregnancy,with significant difference(P<0.05).The level of homocysteine,cystatin C and high sen-sitivity CRP was positive correlation with blood glucose. Conclusion Homocysteine,cystatin C and high sensitivity CRP are important indicators of gestational diabetes mellitus,and can evaluate effectively the development of the disease.
