目的：探讨毒虫抗癌汤治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取60例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上给予毒虫抗癌汤治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组的有效率为56.7%，显著高于对照组的30.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的Ⅲ~Ⅳ度骨髓抑制及恶心呕吐发生率分别为33.3%、60.0%，显著低于对照组的66.7%、86.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的生活质量提高率为90.0%，显著高于对照组的66.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毒虫抗癌汤加减配合化疗可明显抑制肺癌进展。
목적：탐토독충항암탕치료비소세포폐암적림상효과。방법선취60례비소세포폐암환자작위연구대상，수궤분위량조。대조조채용상규치료，실험조재대조조적기출상급여독충항암탕치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과실험조적유효솔위56.7%，현저고우대조조적30.0%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。실험조적Ⅲ~Ⅳ도골수억제급악심구토발생솔분별위33.3%、60.0%，현저저우대조조적66.7%、86.7%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。실험조적생활질량제고솔위90.0%，현저고우대조조적66.7%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론독충항암탕가감배합화료가명현억제폐암진전。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Duchong Kangai decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 60 cases with NSCLC were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the experimental group was given Duchong Kangai decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 56.7%,which was higher than 30.0% of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidences of myelosuppression in Ⅲ-Ⅳdegrees,complications of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was 33.3% and 60.0% respectively,which was lower than 66.7% and 86.7% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Improvement rate of quality of life in the experimental group was 90.0%,which was higher than 66.7% in the control group,with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Modified Duchong Kangai decoction combined with chemotherapy can obviously inhibit progress of lung cancer.
