目的：探讨复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法2013年1月~2014年8月本院妇科收治除真菌性阴道炎以外的阴道炎患者180例，将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组。观察组应用复方甲硝唑阴道栓进行治疗，对照组应用常规消炎药物进行治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为99.9%，对照组总有效率为88.9%，两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗阴道炎的临床效果显著，治疗过程安全可靠。
목적：탐토복방갑초서음도전치료음도염적림상효과。방법2013년1월~2014년8월본원부과수치제진균성음도염이외적음도염환자180례，장기수궤평균분위관찰조화대조조。관찰조응용복방갑초서음도전진행치료，대조조응용상규소염약물진행치료，관찰량조적치료효과。결과관찰조총유효솔위99.9%，대조조총유효솔위88.9%，량조치료효과차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론복방갑초서음도전치료음도염적림상효과현저，치료과정안전가고。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound metronidagole vaginal suppositories in the treat-ment of vaginitis. Methods 180 cases of patients with vaginitis who were treated in this hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given with compound metronidagole vaginal suppositories treatment,patients in the control group were taken with conventional anti-inflammatory drugs for treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 99.9%,and the control group was 88.9%,the difference of therapeutic effect of two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of compound metronidagole vaginal suppositories in treatment of vaginitis is significant,the progress is safe and reliable.
