目的:探讨雾化吸入布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法将本院2011年8月~2012年5月门诊100例COPD患者随机分为对照组和实验组各50例,对照组给予氨茶碱治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用雾化吸入布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇。测定两组治疗前及治疗6个月后肺功能(FEV1预计值以及FEV1/FVC值)及COPD评估测试(CAT)问卷的评分,6 min行走距离(6-MWD)。结果治疗后,两组FEV1预计值、FEV1/FVC均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组FEV1预计值、FEV1/FVC改善显著,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组CAT评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且实验组的总评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组6-MWD较前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且实验组6-MWD优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吸入布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇能改善COPD患者的临床症状及运动耐力,延缓肺功能下降速率。

Objective To investigate the effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with salbutamol on the lung function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 100 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,50 cases in each group,the control group were given with aminophylline,the experiment group were added with aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol on the basis of control group.The lung function (FEV1 and FEV1/FVC),COPD assessment test (CAT) and walking dis-tance of 6 minutes (6-MWD) was measured before and after 6 months treatment. Results After treatment,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the two groups was decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was significant (P<0.05);and the improvement of experiment group was better than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The CAT score of two groups was decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was significant (P<0.05);and the score of experiment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The 6-MWD of two groups was improved compared with before treatment,the difference was significant (P<0.05);and the improvement of experiment group was better than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol is able to improve the quality of life and slow down the decreasing rate of lung function of patients with COPD.
