目的：探讨血清CA125、CEA及TSGF癌抗原联合检测在卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的92例卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究对象，根据肿瘤性质分为恶性组39例，良性组53例。另选取60例无卵巢肿瘤患者作为对照组。检测3组的CA125、CEA及TSGF水平。结果恶性组的CA125、CEA及TSGF水平显著高于良性组及对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性组和良性组的联合检测敏感率显著高于单独检测敏感率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CA125、CEA及TSGF癌抗原联合检测可以及时鉴别诊断早期卵巢恶性肿瘤，使鉴别诊断的灵敏度大大提高，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore application value of combined detection of CA125,CEA and TSGF in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumor. Methods 92 cases with malignant ovarian tumor were selected and divided into the malignant group (39 cases) and the benign group (53 cases).60 cases without ovarian tumor were selected as the control group.The levels of CA125,CEA and TSGFwas detected. Results The detection level of CA125, CEA and TSGF in the malignant group was significantly higher than that in the benign group and in control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Sensitivity rate of combined detection in the malignant group and in the benign group was significantly higher than sensitivity rate of separately detection,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of CA125,CEA and TSGF in serum can diagnosis the malignant ovarian tumor in early time,and the sensitivity of differential diagnosis is improved greatly,it has high value in clinical application.
