目的:探讨灯盏花素注射液对脂多糖致大鼠急性肺损伤的保护作用。方法健康雄性SD大鼠30只随机分为对照组、脂多糖组(LPS组)和灯盏花素干预组(Bre组)各10只。对照组静脉注射生理盐水0.1 ml/kg;LPS组和Bre组静脉注射脂多糖5 mg/kg;Bre组在注射脂多糖前后30 min分别腹腔注射灯盏花素50 mg/kg。观察三组SD大鼠肺组织病理形态学改变及肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、丙二醛含量(MDA)及细胞间粘附分子-1(ICMA-1)的表达变化。结果与对照组比较,LPS组与Bre组SOD降低(P<0.05)、MDA增多(P<0.05)、ICMA-1表达增高(P<0.05);与LPS组比较,Bre组SOD升高(P<0.05)、MDA减少(P<0.05)、ICMA-1表达减少(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素注射液可能通过提高机体抗氧化能力、降低细胞间粘附分子-1的表达来减轻脂多糖致大鼠急性肺损伤。

목적:탐토등잔화소주사액대지다당치대서급성폐손상적보호작용。방법건강웅성SD대서30지수궤분위대조조、지다당조(LPS조)화등잔화소간예조(Bre조)각10지。대조조정맥주사생리염수0.1 ml/kg;LPS조화Bre조정맥주사지다당5 mg/kg;Bre조재주사지다당전후30 min분별복강주사등잔화소50 mg/kg。관찰삼조SD대서폐조직병리형태학개변급폐조직중초양화물기화매활성(SOD)、병이철함량(MDA)급세포간점부분자-1(ICMA-1)적표체변화。결과여대조조비교,LPS조여Bre조SOD강저(P<0.05)、MDA증다(P<0.05)、ICMA-1표체증고(P<0.05);여LPS조비교,Bre조SOD승고(P<0.05)、MDA감소(P<0.05)、ICMA-1표체감소(P<0.05)。결론등잔화소주사액가능통과제고궤체항양화능력、강저세포간점부분자-1적표체래감경지다당치대서급성폐손상。
Objective To explore the protective effect of breviscapine (Bre) on acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharides (LPS) in rats and its possible mechanisms. Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were ran-domly divided into three groups: Control group, LPS group, Breviscapine (Bre) group, each with 10 rats. Control group was injected by 0.1 ml/kg normal saline. LPS group and Breviscapine group was injected of LPS (5 mg/kg). Ad-ditionally, Bre group received intraperitoneal injection of breviscapine (50 mg/kg) 30 minutes before LPS injection and 30 min after LPS injection. Morphological changes of lung tissues were observed under light microscope. The ac-tivity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in lung tissues and the content of I inter-cellular adhesion molecule-1 (CAM-1) in serum were detected in each group. Results Compared with Control group, the activity of SOD decreased (P<0.05), the content of MDA increased (P<0.05), and the content of ICAM-1 increased (P<0.05) in LPS group and Bre group. Compared with LPS group, the activity of SOD increased (P<0.05), the content of MDA decreased (P<0.05) in lung tissues, and the content of ICAM-1 decreased (P<0.05) in Bre group. Conclusion Breviscapine could reduce inflammation reaction in lung tissues during acute lung injury, which is prob-ably through enhancing antioxidant activity of organism and decreasing the content of ICAM-1.
