针对目前脱硫工艺的评价绝大多数都是基于专家主观经验来确定,难以精确量化。用模糊综合评价方法对双碱法脱硫工艺进行了效果分析,主要从脱硫效果、运行费用、系统可用率、二次污染程度、设备投资与占地面积等六方面进行了评价分析,构建了因素集、评语集、权重集、单因素模糊评判矩阵和多层次模糊综合评价。结果表明该工艺评分为76.297,工艺评价为良好。结果有利于数字化描述来指导脱硫工艺的选型,具有较好实用性。

Now evaluation of the desulfurization process is based on the subjective experience of experts, so it is difficult to quantify precisely. In this paper, effect of the dual-alkali desulfurization process was analyzed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method from the aspects of desulfurization effect, operating costs, system availability, secondary pollution degree, the equipment investment and covers; the factor set, evaluation set, weight set, single factor fuzzy evaluation matrix and the multi level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were constructed. The results show that the process score is 76.297, the process evaluation is good. The results are in favor of digital description to guide the selection of the desulfurization process, have good usability.
