我国煤层气资源开发进入了高速发展的阶段,煤层气田集输管网管材亟需创新和优化。金属管道缺陷日益明显,而非金属管道以其良好的耐腐蚀性、低摩阻、性价比高近几年在气田中得到了一定规模的应用,通过对钢管、聚乙烯管、柔性复合管、钢骨架塑料复合管、玻璃钢管性能、经济效益的对比,优选适合目前煤层气田集输用的管材,并结合非金属管材存在的问题,提出相应建议,为今后非金属管材在煤层气田的广泛应用提供参考。

The development of coal-bed methane resources has entered a stage of rapid development. So gathering and transportation pipes in CBM field need innovations and optimizations. Metal pipes have exposed more and more defects,while the non-metallic pipes have been used in gas fields on a large-scale due to its better corrosion resistance, lower friction and better cost performance. In this paper, through the comparison of performance and economic benefit between steel pipe,polyethylene pipe,flexible composite pipe,steel skeleton plastic clad pipe and glass steel tube, the pipe suitable for CBM gathering and transportation was determined, and recommendations were put forward according to the current problems of non-metallic pipes, which could provide a reference for the further application of non-metallic pipes in coal-bed methane field.
