使用过氧化氢对聚醚多元醇进行特殊工艺处理,检测处理前后聚醚多元醇挥发性醛类物质。结果表明,工艺处理可以有效减少聚醚多元醇中挥发性醛类物质(甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛),显著降低聚醚多元醇气味,满足了聚氨酯行业对聚醚多元醇低气味的要求。
使用過氧化氫對聚醚多元醇進行特殊工藝處理,檢測處理前後聚醚多元醇揮髮性醛類物質。結果錶明,工藝處理可以有效減少聚醚多元醇中揮髮性醛類物質(甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛),顯著降低聚醚多元醇氣味,滿足瞭聚氨酯行業對聚醚多元醇低氣味的要求。
사용과양화경대취미다원순진행특수공예처리,검측처리전후취미다원순휘발성철류물질。결과표명,공예처리가이유효감소취미다원순중휘발성철류물질(갑철、을철、병희철),현저강저취미다원순기미,만족료취안지행업대취미다원순저기미적요구。
Hydrogen peroxide was used to treat polyether polyols by special process. Amount of volatile aldehydes in polyether polyols before and after the treatment was measured. The results show that the treatment process with hydrogen peroxide can effectively reduce volatile aldehydes (e.g. formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein) in polyether polyols and thus significantly diminish the odor of polyether polyols, which can satisfy the low odor requirement of polyether polyols from the polyurethane industry.
