岗前培训是集团化医院以新员工为对象的一种集中教育模式,是加强人才队伍建设不可或缺的环节和重要途径。本文结合笔者所在的安徽省某集团化医院近7年来的新员工岗前培训工作经验,通过对新员工入职培训的重要性、岗前培训过程中存在的不足、培训模式的设计与实施亮点、所取得的成效等方面进行全方位阐述,认为开展岗前培训能提升新员工急救技能、医疗意识以及团结协作的精神,能及时传递医院理念、医院文化和核心价值观,培养青年医务工作者的职业纪律、人文情怀、服务意识、医患沟通技巧和医疗安全观念。本文还对新员工岗前培训相关内容进行了系统分析,致力于完善医院岗前培训体系,探索一套行之有效的集团化医院内新员工岗前培训模式,为其他医院开展岗前培训工作提供借鉴。

Job training is a concentrated educating model targeting new staff employed by collectivized hospitals. It is an indispensible procedure for and an important channel to improve the quality and performance of hospital staffs. This article reports a seven-years long study of the experience of new staff job training in the collective hospital in Anhui Province. Through detailed investigation into the significance of job training for new staff, shortcomings existing in cur-rent job training methods, highlights of job training arrangement and implementation as well as the achievements at-tainted so far, believe having job training before new staff officially take post can not only better improve their first-aid skills, medical awareness and teamwork spirit, it can also help popularize the principles, the culture, and core values of the employed hospital, develop their professional disciplines, humanistic sensibilities, service awareness, communica-tions skill and safety awareness of medical equipment of these young medical staffs. This article also systematically ana-lyzes the actual content of job training, so as to further enhance the job training system and develop a practical and ef-fective new staff job training model that may be of great use for other hospitals as well.
