分析了 BHP 溶液长时间存储的条件,提出采用钢衬塑料作为 BHP 溶液长时间存储容器的材料。通过文献调研及材料相容性试验选择 PO 塑料作为衬里材料。设计加工 BHP 溶液长时间存储实验装置并进行长时间存储实验。试验结果表明 BHP 溶液长时间存储后组分含量及稳定度无明显变化,验证了 BHP 溶液长时间存储技术的可行性。

According to the analysis result of the long-time storing condition of BHP solution, it’s pointed out that steel lining plastic material can be used as the material of long-time storage can. Based on literature data and material consistency tests, PO was chosen as a lining material. Then the long-time storage test can of BHP solution was designed and manufactured. And the long-time storage experiment of the test can was carried out. The results indicate that the quality of BHP solution after long-time storing in the test can has not significant change. The experiment results also validate that the long-time storing technology is feasible.
