作为一种先进的分离技术,乳状液膜分离技术在环保、农药、染料、冶金等领域得到了广泛的研究报道和实践。在简述液膜分离技术的基础上,重点综述了乳状液膜分离技术在中国的应用研究进展。分析认为,乳状液膜使用性能、连续性操作设备、工程放大经验是制约乳状液膜技术大规模应用的三个主要因素。

As a modern separation technique, emulsion liquid membrane (ELM) separation process has been fundamentally investigated and extensively practiced in many industries, such as pesticides, organic dyes and metallurgy, and so on. In this paper, the liquid membrane separation technique was introduced; application and research of emulsion liquid membrane separation process in China were discussed. It’s pointed out that emulsion liquid membrane properties, continuous operation equipments and operating experiences should be three main factors to constrain large-scale application of the emulsion liquid membrane separation process in China today.
