针对输油管道瞬变水击产生的原因,从所产生的增压波和减压波分别对上下游流动的影响两方面分析了水击对输油管路带来的危害,并结合调节阀保护、压力保护系统与增强自动控制系统保护能力等简述了减小水击压力对管道危害的几种措施,得出采取有效的管路压力保护系统对输油管道安全运行具有重要意义。

Based on the reasons of generating the water hammer in the pipeline running, effects of the water hammer on the upstream and downstream flow were respectively analyzed from the aspects of wave supercharging and wave decompressing. Several measures to reduce water hammer pressure hazards were outlined, such as regulating valve protection, pressure protection system and enhancing the ability of automatic control system protection. So it is very important to take effective line pressure protection system for the safe operation of the pipeline.
