近年来随着分子生物学的高速发展以及对于肿瘤方面的不断深入研究，越来越多的与肿瘤相关联的蛋白和基因被人们所发现，并受到广泛的重视，而且也将这些蛋白基因高度应用于医学研究中。在目前众多的研究结果中Ezrin和EZH2是两个被深入研究的基因，但是目前对于Ezrin和EZH2的研究结论并不十分全面和具体，还存在一些其他因素。因此对于Ezrin和EZH2更为深入的研究是十分必要的，本文就Ezrin和EZH2的结构、功能与肿瘤的相关性做一简要综述便于日后进一步研究。

In recent years, with the rapid development of molecular biology and deepening of research for tumor, more and more protein and gene associated with cancer were found, and has been widely attention, but also the protein gene is highly used in medical research. In numerous results in the study of Ezrin and EZH2 is considered to be two in-depth study of genes, but the conclusion on the study of Ezrin and EZH2 is not very comprehensive and specific, there are still some other factors. So the more in-depth research on Ezrin and EZH2 is necessary, in this paper, the structure of Ezrin and EZH2, function and correlation of tumor are reviewed to facilitate further research in the future.
