干细胞是一种原始细胞,具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能。目前,由于环境和药物等外在因素的影响,畸形新生儿的比例逐年升高,建立准确、便捷、高效的发育毒性体外模型来评价预测各种化合物的发育毒性是亟待解决的难点问题。应用各类干细胞预测外在因素对机体的发育毒性,其优势远大于其他检测毒性方法。本文就近年来基于干细胞建立发育毒性体外模型的研究进行综述。

Stem cells are the original cells with multi-potency and self-renewal capability. Recently, due to the ad-verse effects of environmental and external factors such as drugs, the ratio of deformed newborns increased year by year. It is a difficult problem to be solved, which establishing the accurate, convenient, efficient in v itro model of devel-opmental toxicity to evaluate and predict developmental toxicity of various compounds. Kinds of stem cells were applied to evaluate and predict the development toxicity of external factors on the body, which have far more advantages than other toxicity tests. This article reviewed the recent research about in v itro models of developmental toxicity based on various stem cells.
