工业应用结果表明,中国石化金陵90万 t/aOCT-M 装置可以生产出硫质量分数≯15μg/g 的“无硫”汽油(硫质量分数≯10μg/g)调和组分,研究法辛烷值(RON)损失2.5个单位。当采用 OCT-MD 方案时,可大幅减少轻汽油中的硫醇硫和总硫质量分数,生产出硫质量分数≯10μg/g 的“无硫”汽油,RON 损失1.7个单位。金陵 OCT-M 装置连续生产“无硫汽油”运转结果表明,OCT-M 技术能够达到在产品硫质量分数≯10μg/g、RON 损失≯1.8个单位。金陵 OCT-M 装置轻馏分抽提脱硫工艺投产后,生产“无硫”汽油时,FCC 汽油硫质量分数99.1~261.0μg/g,轻汽油硫质量分数由43.1~74.2μg/g 降低到15.4~28.6μg/g,混合产物硫质量分数9.3~13.2μg/g,RON 损失0.7~1.5单位,因此,与轻馏分未抽提处理相比, OCT-M 装置 RON 损失少1.0个单位左右。

The commercial application results of 0.9 Mt/a OCT-M FCC naphtha desulfurization unit of Jinling company show that the research octane number (RON) of “sulfur-free” gasoline(? (S)≯10 μg/g) is reduced 2.5 unit. OCT-MD process can reduce sulfur and mercaptan of light cut naphtha, the RON of OCT-MD process sulfur-free gasoline(? (S)≯10 μg/g) is reduced 1.7 unit. Operation results of OCT-M plant for producing sulfur-free gasoline in Jinling company show that sulfur mass fraction in the product is less than 10 μg/g, the loss of RON is less than 1.8 unit. After light cut naphtha(LCN) extraction unit was put into production of OCT-M unit, the sulfur content of LCN was reduced from 43.1~74.2 μg/g to 15.4~28.6 μg/g ,the FCC naphtha and product sulfur contents of OCT-M unit were 99.1~261.0μg/g and 9.3~13.2μg/g, respectively, RON loss was 0.7~1.5 unit. So, compared with without LCN extraction desulfurization, the RON loss of OCT-M unit decreased about 1.0 unit.
