挖掘载荷损伤已成为城市埋地燃气管道损伤的常见形式。挖掘机破坏管道过程就是齿斗直接作用在管道上引起穿孔或者裂缝的过程。利用 ANSYS Workbench 有限元商业软件,基于非线性分析理论和动力学分析理论,在半无限土介质中,通过对动力参数和接触参数的合理设置,控制挖掘机齿斗的位移随时间变化,对埋地输气管道损伤过程进行数值模拟。结果表明埋地输气管道承受挖掘荷载作用的过程是一个瞬态受力过程,挖掘荷载作用位置点是输气管道最易发生破坏的地方。

Excavating load damage has become common form of city buried gas pipeline damages. Excavator destruction pipeline is the process of tooth bucket act on the pipe to cause perforation or crack of the pipe. Based on ANSYS Workbench with the basic theory of nonlinear dynamic mechanics and dynamic calculation method, in the semi infinite soil medium, by controlling the displacement of excavator bucket teeth over time, the damage process of buried gas pipeline was gained by the numerical simulation analysis. The results show that it is a transient process that buried gas pipeline bears the excavating load. The most likely place of damage on gas pipeline is the location bearing digging force directly.
