根据可靠性理论和蒙特卡罗法原理,结合 ANSYS 软件,以高压球罐为研究对象进行可靠性分析。依据实际工况,判定该研究对象的设计参数服从正态分布,通过对建立的模型进行500次随机抽样分析,求得对其可靠性影响较大的因素是屈服强度和工作压力。结果表明,该模型可以有效地反映压力容器的实际情况,为其结构可靠性分析提供参考。

Based on the reliability theory and the principle of Monte Carlo method, combined with ANSYS software, reliability analysis of hyperbaric spherical tank was carried out. According to actual working condition, the study object’s design parameters were identified as submitting to normal distribution; 500 random sampling analyses of established model were done, it's concluded that that main influencing factors of the results were yield strength and operating pressure. The results show that the model can effectively reflect the actual situation of pressure vessel, which can provide the reference for structural reliability analysis.
