工业纯钛具有较高的化学活性，焊接过程中对加热温度比较敏感，很容易吸收氢、氧、氮等杂质元素而影响材料的性能。通过对试样进行250、400、600、800、1000℃加热，根据 TA2的表面颜色变化、组织变化及硬度变化来分析其保护原因及其保护必要性，从而确定保护范围，为焊接做好必要的准备。

Industry pure titanium is very active in chemistry and sensitive to heat,it is inclined to absorb hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen, which will have serious influence on material property. In this paper, the sample was heated to 250,400,600,800 and 1 000 ℃; changes of titanium’s surface color, microstructure and hardness with increasing of temperature were analyzed, and reasons and range of the protection were determined, which could lay a strong foundation for welding.
