提出无分流管壳式换热网络的分级超结构模型,得出优化该换热网络的目标函数和约束条件,采用位置加权的改进粒子群算法进行优化举例。结果表明,通过选择合适的加权因子,位置加权的改进粒子群算法能加快算法的收敛速度,更快地得到全局最优解,从而得到最佳的管壳式换热网络优化参数。

The stage-wise superstructure model of shell-and-tube heat exchanger network without stream spits was proposed, objective function and constraint conditions of the heat exchanger network were obtained, an optimization example was given using improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with position weighted. The result shows that, through choosing appropriate weighting factor, improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with position weighted can accelerate the algorithm’s convergence velocity, and can obtain global optimum solution, at last the best optimization parameters of hell-and-tube heat exchanger network can be obtained.
