目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果及1年内随访喘息复发情况。方法将本院诊治的60例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组、观察组。对照组患者均给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠口服3个月。结果观察组、对照组的有效率分别为93.3%、73.3%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的临床症状缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、湿啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后1周，观察组的嗜酸粒细胞计数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组随访6个月及1年内的喘息复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗毛细支气管炎可显著提高临床效果，改善临床症状，降低喘息复发率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium treating bronchiolitis and wheezing recur-rence within 1 year follow-up. Methods 60 children with bronchiolitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital were ran-domly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was given the routine treatment,and the observation group was given oral montelukast for 3 months on the basis of the control group. Results The effective rate of the observation group and control group was 93.3%,73.3% respectively,and there was a statistical difference of the two groups (P<0.05);relief time of clinlcal symptom,the disappearance time of wheezing rale and moist rales in the ob-servation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05);after 1 week treatment,eosinophil count in the observation group was obviously fewer than that in the control group (P<0.05);the occurrence rate of wheezing for 6 months and 1 year follow-up in the observation group were obviously than those in the control group (P<0.05). Con-clusion Montelukast sodium treating auxiliarily bronchiolitis can greatly increase the clinical effect,improve the clinlcal symptom and decrease the occurrence rate of wheezing.
