目的：探讨布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法选取本院收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿72例，将患者分为治疗组和对照组，每组36例。比较两组的总有效率和临床症状消失时间。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.22%、肺部湿啰音消失时间为(3.68±1.24)d、退热时间为(2.08±0.87)d、咳嗽消失时间为(3.28±1.02)d、白细胞恢复正常时间为(4.79±1.25)d，与对照组患者的77.78%、(6.42±1.71)d、(3.51±1.21)d、(5.72±1.61)d、(6.89±2.01)d比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果显著。

목적：탐토포지내덕연합염산안추색무화흡입치료소인지기관폐염적효과。방법선취본원수치적소인지기관폐염환인72례，장환자분위치료조화대조조，매조36례。비교량조적총유효솔화림상증상소실시간。결과치료조적총유효솔위97.22%、폐부습라음소실시간위(3.68±1.24)d、퇴열시간위(2.08±0.87)d、해수소실시간위(3.28±1.02)d、백세포회복정상시간위(4.79±1.25)d，여대조조환자적77.78%、(6.42±1.71)d、(3.51±1.21)d、(5.72±1.61)d、(6.89±2.01)d비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론포지내덕연합염산안추색무화흡입치료소인지기관폐염적효과현저。
Objective To analyze the effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride aerosol inhalation treating bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods 72 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected and were divided into the treatment group (n=36) and the control group (n=36).The total effective rate and dis-appearance time of clinical symptoms in the two groups were compared. Results In the treatment group,the total effec-tive rate was 97.22%, disappearance time of pulmonary rale was (3.68±1.24) d,fever clearance time was (2.08±0.87) d, cough disappearance time was (3.28±1.02) d, time of WBC returning to normal was (4.79±1.25) d,while in the control group,that was 77.78%,(6.42±1.71) d,(3.51±1.21) d,(5.72±1.61) d and (6.89±2.01) d respectively,and there was a statis-tical difference of above-mentioned indictors in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation treating bronchial pneumonia in children is significant.
