目的:探讨危重症患者低钙血症的发生率及相关危险因素。方法回顾性分析ICU患者89例的临床资料,统计患者低钙血症发生率,分析影响患者发生低钙血症的危险因素。结果89例患者中41例患者血钙<2.1 mmol/L,低钙血症发生率为46.07%。无高钙血症发生。低钙血症患者的血磷水平显著高于正常血钙的患者,乳酸含量显著高于正常血钙患者,白蛋白水平显著低于正常血钙患者,低钙血症患者全身感染的比例最高,而正常血钙患者以神经系统疾病比例最高(P<0.01)。结论 ICU危重症患者低钙血症的发生率较高,而患者血磷水平、蛋白水平、乳酸水平、日照时间、疾病种类等均与低钙血症发生具有一定的相关性。

목적:탐토위중증환자저개혈증적발생솔급상관위험인소。방법회고성분석ICU환자89례적림상자료,통계환자저개혈증발생솔,분석영향환자발생저개혈증적위험인소。결과89례환자중41례환자혈개<2.1 mmol/L,저개혈증발생솔위46.07%。무고개혈증발생。저개혈증환자적혈린수평현저고우정상혈개적환자,유산함량현저고우정상혈개환자,백단백수평현저저우정상혈개환자,저개혈증환자전신감염적비례최고,이정상혈개환자이신경계통질병비례최고(P<0.01)。결론 ICU위중증환자저개혈증적발생솔교고,이환자혈린수평、단백수평、유산수평、일조시간、질병충류등균여저개혈증발생구유일정적상관성。
Objective To discuss the incidence and risk factors of hypocalcemia in critical patients. Methods Clinical data of 89 cases of patients with critically ill were retrospectively analyzed.Hypocalcemia incidence was counted,and risk factors of hypocalcemia were analyzed. Results 41 patients serum calcium was<2.1 mmol/L,and hypocalcemia in-cidence was 46.07%.No hypercalcemia occurred.Serum phosphorus levels in patients with hypocalcemia was signifi-cantly higher than that of patients with normal blood calcium,lactic acid content was significantly higher than that in patients with normal serum calcium,ALA was significantly lower than that in patients with normal serum calcium,pro-portion of systemic infection was significantly higher than that in patients with normal serum calcium,and proportion of neurological diseases in patients with normal serum calcium was higher (P<0.01). Conclusion The incidence of hypocalcemia in critically ill ICU patients is high,and phosphorus levels,protein levels,lactate levels,sunshine duration show correlated with hypocalcemia.
