“落实党风廉政建设责任制，党委负主体责任，纪委负监督责任”是十八届三中全会对反腐体制机制建设的重要部署。荆州市妇幼保健院结合工作实际，在医院党风廉政建设方面，认真落实纪委监督责任，以强化廉政宣传教育、建立监督机制、健全监督制度、出台多项监督举措为抓手，充分发挥了院纪委的监督作用，作了一些有效的探索与偿试，促进了医院健康持续发展。

“락실당풍렴정건설책임제，당위부주체책임，기위부감독책임”시십팔계삼중전회대반부체제궤제건설적중요부서。형주시부유보건원결합공작실제，재의원당풍렴정건설방면，인진락실기위감독책임，이강화렴정선전교육、건립감독궤제、건전감독제도、출태다항감독거조위조수，충분발휘료원기위적감독작용，작료일사유효적탐색여상시，촉진료의원건강지속발전。
"Implementation of the responsibility system of communist party’s style honesty constructing including enti-ty responsibility by party committee and supervision by discipline inspection commission" is a significant deployment on mechanism construction of anti-corruption system in the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.In respect of building a clean and honest hospital party,together with job reality,our hospital conscientiously put discipline inspection commission’s supervision into practice by intensifying publicity and education of honest or clean politics,establishing supervisory mechanism,perfecting supervision system,and introducing several supervision measures,which gave full play to supervisory roles by discipline inspection commission of the hospital.Our hospital has made some explorations and attempts,which promoted healthy and sustainable development of the hospital.
