目的：探讨人文关怀在无痛人工流产中的应用效果。方法选取2012年8月~2014年8月在本院实施无痛人工流产术的288例患者作为研究对象，随机分成两组。对照组给予常规护理，护理组在实施无痛人工流产的各个环节中做到充分的人文关怀，比较两组的SAS、SDS及VAS评分。结果护理组护理后的SAS、SDS、VAS评分显著低于对照组护理后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀在无痛人工流产中的应用效果显著，能够有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，减轻患者痛苦，对患者的康复也有显著促进作用，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토인문관부재무통인공유산중적응용효과。방법선취2012년8월~2014년8월재본원실시무통인공유산술적288례환자작위연구대상，수궤분성량조。대조조급여상규호리，호리조재실시무통인공유산적각개배절중주도충분적인문관부，비교량조적SAS、SDS급VAS평분。결과호리조호리후적SAS、SDS、VAS평분현저저우대조조호리후，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론인문관부재무통인공유산중적응용효과현저，능구유효완해환자적초필、억욱정서，감경환자통고，대환자적강복야유현저촉진작용，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic concern in painless artificial abortion. Methods 288 cases implemented painless abortion from August 2012 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given usual care,the nursing group was given humanistic concern in all aspects of the implementation of painless artificial abortion.The score of SAS,SDS,VAS in two groups compared respec-tively. Results The score of SAS,SDS,VAS in the nursing group after nursing was lower than that in the control group after nursing,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of humanistic concern in painless artificial abortion is significant,can effectively alleviate anxiety,depression and the suffering of patients,which have a significant promoting role on the rehabilitation of the patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
