目的：探讨延续护理对乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者主要照顾者照顾负担的影响。方法选取44名乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者的主要照顾者作为研究对象，针对患者的健康问题，采用家庭访诊、电话随访、定期来院复诊咨询等方法对乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者及其家庭照顾者进行护理指导。比较实施前后ZBI各维度的评分。结果照顾者延续护理后的个人负担度、责任负担度、ZBI总分显著低于延续护理前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者实施延续护理，可减轻其主要照顾者的照顾负担。
목적：탐토연속호리대을형간염후간경화환자주요조고자조고부담적영향。방법선취44명을형간염후간경화환자적주요조고자작위연구대상，침대환자적건강문제，채용가정방진、전화수방、정기래원복진자순등방법대을형간염후간경화환자급기가정조고자진행호리지도。비교실시전후ZBI각유도적평분。결과조고자연속호리후적개인부담도、책임부담도、ZBI총분현저저우연속호리전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론대을형간염후간경화환자실시연속호리，가감경기주요조고자적조고부담。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing care on the continuation in burden of main caregiver of pa-tient with hepatic cirrhosis after hepatitis B. Methods 44 main caregiver of patient with hepatic cirrhosis after hepatitis B were selected as the research object,according to the healthy state of patients,the family caregivers of the patients with Hepatic Cirrhosis by different measures was given the method of family visiting,telephone follow-up,regular subse-quent visit to the hospital.The each dimension score of ZBI before and after implementation was compared respectively. Results The personal burden, the burden of responsibility degree,ZBI score after implementation was significantly lower than that before implementation,with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of nursing care on the continuation of patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B can ease the burden of main caregiver.
