目的：探讨补肾利湿生精方治疗少精或弱精症的临床疗效。方法将160例少精或弱精症患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予氯米芬口服治疗，观察组给予补肾利湿生精方治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后精子质量优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率为78.75%，高于对照组的63.75%(P<0.05)。结论补肾利湿生精方治疗少精或弱精症的效果肯定，值得推广应用。

목적：탐토보신리습생정방치료소정혹약정증적림상료효。방법장160례소정혹약정증환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조급여록미분구복치료，관찰조급여보신리습생정방치료，관찰량조적치료효과。결과관찰조치료후정자질량우우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조총유효솔위78.75%，고우대조조적63.75%(P<0.05)。결론보신리습생정방치료소정혹약정증적효과긍정，치득추엄응용。
Objective To probe into the clinical effect of Bushen Lishi Shengjing formula in the treatment of oligosper-mia or asthenozoospermia. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with oligospermia or asthenozoospermia were ran-domly divided into control group and observation group.Oral administration of clomiphene was provided in control group,while Bushen Lishi Shengjing formula was prescribed in observation group.The therapeutic effect in both groups was observed. Results Semen quality after treatment in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was 78.75%,higher than that in control group(63.75%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Lishi Shengjing formula in the treatment of oligospermia or asthenozoospermia can obtain a definite effect,is worthy of promotion and application.
