目的：比较缩宫素与米非司酮对人工流产术后阴道出血的效果及不良反应。方法随机抽取自2013年1~12月在本科室行负压吸宫术进行人工流产的200例患者作为研究对象，随机分为缩宫素组和米非司酮组。缩宫素组患者使用缩宫素，米非司酮组使用米非司酮。比较两组患者人工流产术后阴道出血及不良反应发生情况。结果缩宫素组的出血时间为(5.8±1.4)d，出血量为(321±38.3)ml，缩宫素组的出血时间显著短于米非司酮组的(8.9±1.3)d，出血量显著少于米非司酮组的(437.3±49.2)ml(P<0.05)；米非司酮组患者的不良反应总发生率为64.00%，显著高于缩宫素组的33.00%(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素比米非司酮更能显著预防人工流产术后阴道出血及不良反应的发生。
목적：비교축궁소여미비사동대인공유산술후음도출혈적효과급불량반응。방법수궤추취자2013년1~12월재본과실행부압흡궁술진행인공유산적200례환자작위연구대상，수궤분위축궁소조화미비사동조。축궁소조환자사용축궁소，미비사동조사용미비사동。비교량조환자인공유산술후음도출혈급불량반응발생정황。결과축궁소조적출혈시간위(5.8±1.4)d，출혈량위(321±38.3)ml，축궁소조적출혈시간현저단우미비사동조적(8.9±1.3)d，출혈량현저소우미비사동조적(437.3±49.2)ml(P<0.05)；미비사동조환자적불량반응총발생솔위64.00%，현저고우축궁소조적33.00%(P<0.05)。결론축궁소비미비사동경능현저예방인공유산술후음도출혈급불량반응적발생。
Objective To compare the effect and adverse reaction of oxytocin and mifepristone on vaginal bleeding after artificial abortion. Methods 200 patients given negative pressure aspiration of uterus for artificial abortion from January to December 2013 were selected as research objectives,and they were randomly divided into the oxytocin group and mifepristone group,there were 100 cases in each group.Oxytocin was taken to the oxytocin group,while mifepristone was taken to the mifepristone group.The vaginal bleeding and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding time of the oxytocin group was (5.8±1.4) d,bleeding amount was (321±38.3) ml,which was significantly lower than that of the mifepristone group respectively [(8.9±1.3) d and (437.3±49.2) ml] (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reaction in mifepristone group (64.00%) was higher than that of the oxytocin group (33.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with mifepristone,oxytocin can better prevent vaginal bleeding and adverse reaction after artifi-cial abortion surgery.
