目的：探讨盐酸伊托必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道清洁准备中的效果。方法选取门诊或住院需行肠镜检查的老年便秘患者106例，将其随机分为对照组53例和治疗组53例，对照组检查前6h服用标准剂量的复方聚乙二醇电解质散，治疗组在对照组基础上，在口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散前30 min口服伊托必利150 mg。观察两组结肠镜检查前肠道准备的清洁度和不良反应情况。结果对照组和治疗组的肠道清洁度总分分别为(7.12±1.15)、(7.87±1.24)分，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、治疗组患者的不良反应发生率分别为9.4%、7.5%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合伊托必利肠道准备的效果优于单用复方聚乙二醇电解质散。
목적：탐토염산이탁필리연합복방취을이순전해질산재노년편비환자결장경검사전장도청길준비중적효과。방법선취문진혹주원수행장경검사적노년편비환자106례，장기수궤분위대조조53례화치료조53례，대조조검사전6h복용표준제량적복방취을이순전해질산，치료조재대조조기출상，재구복복방취을이순전해질산전30 min구복이탁필리150 mg。관찰량조결장경검사전장도준비적청길도화불량반응정황。결과대조조화치료조적장도청길도총분분별위(7.12±1.15)、(7.87±1.24)분，량조비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。대조조、치료조환자적불량반응발생솔분별위9.4%、7.5%，량조비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론복방취을이순전해질산연합이탁필리장도준비적효과우우단용복방취을이순전해질산。
Objective To investigate the effect of itopride combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte pow-der for colonscopy preparation in elderly patients with constipation. Methods 106 old patients with constipation from the outpatient or hospitalization with colonscopy were randomly divided into the control group (n=53)and treatment group (n=53).The control group was given standard dose compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before 6 hours examination,the treatment group was given oral itopride of 150 mg before oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 30 minutes,the cleanness degree of bowel preparation before examination and adverse reaction were observed between the two groups. Results The total score of intestinal cleanness degree in the treatment group and the control group was (7.87±1.24),(7.12±1.15) points,and there was a statistical difference in the two groups (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the control group and treatment group was 9.4%,7.5% respectively,and there was no statistical difference in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of itopride combined with polyethylene gly-col electrolyte powder for colonscopy preparation is better than simple compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte pow-der.
