提升农村剩余劳动力职业素质是社会主义新农村建设、新型城镇化建设以及新型农业现代化建设的需要。职业教育是提升农村剩余劳动力职业素质以适应国家产业结构升级需要的重要途径,对加快农村剩余劳动力转移,促进城乡、工农协调发展,缓解教育供需矛盾,满足农村剩余劳动力自身学习的愿望以及对提高“新市民”的素质等方面都具有重要作用。因此,为充分发挥职业教育作用,应从以下几方面入手:发挥各级各类职业院校职业教育资源优势;依托地方优势产业,实行企业对口培训;依据市场需求,确定职业教育内容;加强“双师型”教师队伍建设。

Improve professional quality of rural surplus labor force is needed which to build a new socialist countryside and urbanization and agricultural modernization. Vocational education is important way to improve professional quality of rural surplus labor force and to satisfy the needs of the national industrial structure upgrade. It can quicken the transfer of rural surplus labor force. It can promote the coordinated development of urban and rural and workers and peasants. It can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of education and meet the learning desire of rural surplus labor force. It plays an important role to improve the quality of the "new citizens". Therefore, in order to give full play to vocational education, from the following several aspects. Give play to the resource advantage of vocational colleges professional education of all types and at all levels. Relying on the local advantageous industries, implement enterprise training. According to market demand, determine the vocational education content. To strengthen the construction of "double type" teachers.
