随着我国经济改革的深入，各高等职业院校的人才培养层次、目标、方案进一步向用人单位的需求靠拢。近年来，我国本科层次高等职业教育虽然也有一定的发展，但是仍然存在一些不足：国家职能部门的扶持力度偏弱，人们不太了解高职本科教育的内涵。同时，高职本科教育的历史基础较弱，原本为专科层次职业教育配套的教学及实训基础设施不能完全适应新的需要等等一系列因素，都导致高职本科教育在发展途中遭遇种种障碍。因此，需要积极制订和实施相关政策来引导我国高职本科教育的健康发展。

With the deepening of economic reform in our country, the level of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges, goal and plan to meet the employer's requirements. Although in recent years, China's higher vocational education undergraduate level also have certain development, but there are still some deficiencies: national functional departments support weak, people don't really understand the connotation of higher vocational undergraduate education. The history of higher vocational undergraduate education foundation is weak, infrastructure can't completely adapt to new needs, have led to higher vocational undergraduate education in developing encounter all sorts of obstacles on the way. Therefore, we need to actively develop and implement relevant policies, guide the healthy development of higher vocational undergraduate education in our country.
