旅游经济高速发展的当下，旅游者的需求发生了变化，也对导游的工作提出了新的要求。本文从导游的知识结构着手，反思当代导游知识结构的不足及其原因，并由此讨论在教学中我们可以从教师和学生两方面如何改进，以期能改善现有导游知识结构的不足。

Tourism economy is developing rapidly, the demand of tourists has changed, also puts forward new requirements to guide the work. This article start from the knowledge structure of the tour guide, tour guide knowledge structure and the reasons, the deficiency of the contemporary and discussion in the teaching we can from two aspects of teachers and students on how to improve, in order to improve the shortcomings of existing tour guide knowledge structure.
