通过对湖北省八所高职院校生物制药技术专业人才培养状况的调查，了解各院校生物制药技术专业人才培养模式、主干课程、就业方向、就业岗位和专业技能证书等情况，对其进行分析研究，提出全省高职生物制药技术专业人才培养模式或借鉴于德国的“双元制”，或借鉴于美国的“能力本位”，都具备工学结合特点；但还存在主干课程设置特色不鲜明、专业技能证书存在一些问题、就业方向比较宽泛、就业岗位不够具体等不足。

Through the investigation on talent cultivation status on the bio pharmaceutical technology specialty in eight Higher Vocational Colleges of Hubei Province, the author understood the talents training mode, main courses, employment direction, jobs and professional skills certificates on bio pharmaceutical technology specialty, carried on the analysis research, put forward that our bio pharmaceutical technology specialty talents training mode should refer to the German“dual system”, or refer to the USA“ability standard”, which have the characteristics of combining work with study; but there are still some problems, for instance, the main curriculum characteristics are not very bright, the professional skill certificates exist some problems, the employment direction is more broad, and jobs are not specific enough, etc.
