在机电一体化技术专业课程体系中,机电联调技术课程是一门综合性和实践性很强的课程,该类课程过去侧重于理论知识的讲授,实践环节偏少。为改善教学效果,提高教学质量,通过以数控机床为载体,依据真实的工作任务,在教学内容选取、教学方法和考核方式等方面进行了改革实践,有效提高了学生的专业能力和教师的业务素质,收到了良好的教学效果。

재궤전일체화기술전업과정체계중,궤전련조기술과정시일문종합성화실천성흔강적과정,해류과정과거측중우이론지식적강수,실천배절편소。위개선교학효과,제고교학질량,통과이수공궤상위재체,의거진실적공작임무,재교학내용선취、교학방법화고핵방식등방면진행료개혁실천,유효제고료학생적전업능력화교사적업무소질,수도료량호적교학효과。
Mechanical&Electrical debugging is a course with strong practicality and comprehensiveness in the curriculum sys-tems. More theoretical instruction and less practical training are executed in the past. With the purpose to improve the teaching effect and quality, using NC machine as carrier, according to the true duties, we have made reformation practice of the course con-tent, teaching & evaluation methods, which has improved the students’ specialty ability and teachers’ professional quality and a positive teaching effect is achieved.
