为了提高SoC应用系统的可靠性,增强抗干扰能力,降低电源电路负载功率,或在相同电池容量条件下为了延长SoC应用系统的工作时间,在结合分析当今SoC特点的基础上,对SoC低功耗的基本方法、工作模式及任务特点等开展讨论。通过采取降低工作电压、工作频率、优化程序结构及低功耗模式综合应用等措施,充分发挥SoC低功耗能力。工程实践表明,绝大多数SoC应用系统均可降低到1 mW功耗水平。所涉及之方法,可为普遍意义上SoC应用系统的低功耗设计,提供参考。

In order to improve the reliability of SoC system, enhance the anti-interference ability, reduce the load power of power circuit, or extend working hours of SoC application system under the condition of the same battery capacity, the discussion about the basic method of SoC low power consumption, working mode and task characteristics is presented together with the analysis of the current SoC characteristics. The SoC low consumption ability can be fully utilized by working with lower voltage and frequency, optimized program structure and comprehensive application of low power consumption mode. Engineering practices show that the vast majority of SoC application systems can reduce the power consumption level to one milliwatt. The method involved provides references generally for the design of low power consumption ability of the SoC application system.
