目的：探讨颅脑创伤后至外地口音综合征（ FAS）临床表现及发病机制、康复时间。方法回顾性分析20例颅脑创伤开颅及保守治疗后致FAS的临床资料、发病时机及语言功能恢复时间。结果本研究中20例颅脑创伤后致FAS的患者通过针对性对原发脑外伤治疗后，恢复当地口音的时间不等，讲异地口音的种类不同，语言功能恢复时间为29 d~7年。一般均恢复。结论颅脑创伤致FAS通过综合征的治疗（包括药物、手术、语言功能锻炼、心理暗示等）大部分是可以恢复当地口音的。
목적：탐토로뇌창상후지외지구음종합정（ FAS）림상표현급발병궤제、강복시간。방법회고성분석20례로뇌창상개로급보수치료후치FAS적림상자료、발병시궤급어언공능회복시간。결과본연구중20례로뇌창상후치FAS적환자통과침대성대원발뇌외상치료후，회복당지구음적시간불등，강이지구음적충류불동，어언공능회복시간위29 d~7년。일반균회복。결론로뇌창상치FAS통과종합정적치료（포괄약물、수술、어언공능단련、심리암시등）대부분시가이회복당지구음적。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations,pathogenesis and rehabilitation of foreign accent syndrome ( FAS)occurred after craniocerebral trauma. Methods The clinical data,onset time and the recovery time of the language function of the 20 cases of FAS after craniotomy and conservative treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results Generally, all the 20 cases of FAS have returned to their local accent with different recovering time,ranging from 29 days to 7years,based on their various foreign accents after specific treatment of FAS. Conclusion Most patients of FAS can return to their normal ac-cents through comprehensive treatment including drugs,operation,function of language training,and psychological hints.
