目的：探讨洛阳市某医院40岁以上医务人员高尿酸血症（ HUA）的患病率及相关因素，为医务人员重视和控制高尿酸血症提供依据。方法对洛阳市某医院40岁以上医务人员的体检情况，采用整群随机抽样方法进行研究，对体检人群高尿酸血症及相关因素进行分析。结果745例医务人员体检，检出高尿酸血症158例，占21.20%，男性检出率显著高于女性（ P=0.0017）；高尿酸血症见于各年龄组，患病率随年龄增长；高尿酸血症组中伴肥胖、高血压、高血脂、高血糖者的百分率高于血尿酸正常组（ P均<0.05）。结论洛阳某医院医务人员高尿酸血症患病率较高，在医务人员中应加强控制体质量，改变不良生活习惯，对高血压、高血脂、高血糖进行预防和干预，以降低高尿酸血症的发生率，从而降低痛风及其相关并发症，同时减少心血管危险因素。
목적：탐토락양시모의원40세이상의무인원고뇨산혈증（ HUA）적환병솔급상관인소，위의무인원중시화공제고뇨산혈증제공의거。방법대락양시모의원40세이상의무인원적체검정황，채용정군수궤추양방법진행연구，대체검인군고뇨산혈증급상관인소진행분석。결과745례의무인원체검，검출고뇨산혈증158례，점21.20%，남성검출솔현저고우녀성（ P=0.0017）；고뇨산혈증견우각년령조，환병솔수년령증장；고뇨산혈증조중반비반、고혈압、고혈지、고혈당자적백분솔고우혈뇨산정상조（ P균<0.05）。결론락양모의원의무인원고뇨산혈증환병솔교고，재의무인원중응가강공제체질량，개변불량생활습관，대고혈압、고혈지、고혈당진행예방화간예，이강저고뇨산혈증적발생솔，종이강저통풍급기상관병발증，동시감소심혈관위험인소。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and related factors of hyperuricemia( HUA)among the medical workers over the age of 40,and thus provide evidence for medical attention and control of hyperuricemia. Methods Cluster random sam-pling method was used to analyze the factor concerned with HUA according to the physical examination of Luoyang hospital medi-cal staff over the age of 40. Results Among the 745 cases of medical physical examination,the detection rate of hyperuricemia was 158 cases,accounting for 21. 20%,among which the incidence of male was significantly higher than that of the female(P=0. 0017);hyperuricemia occurred in each age group,and the prevalence increased with age;the percentage of cases with obesi-ty,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia in HUA group was higher than that in the normal uric acid group( P<0. 05). Conclusion The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in Luoyang hospital medical staff was high,so the the control of body weight, bad habits changing,intervention on hypertension,high blood fat and high blood sugar are needed,in order to reduce the inci-dence of hyperuricemia,thereby reducing the gout and its related complications,and also the cardiovascular risk factors.
